Accidental Death Helps ensure that your family can pay major life expenses. Pays a lump sum benefit that is based on your outstanding mortgage loan amount at time of loss or a flat amount depending on plan selected.
Accident Only Disability Provides financial support while you recover from an accident. Pays 3% of original amount of insurance in a one-time lump sum benefit for a disability resulting from an injury accident.
Permanent and Total Disability Provides a financial supplement to help you cope with these circumstances. Pays 1% of original amount of insurance per month, up to 25 months of benefits if you become permanently and totally disabled due to an accident.
Level Accidental Death1 Provides additional financial support to your named beneficiary. Pays an additional flat benefit payment of 10% of original amount of insurance to your estate or named beneficiary in the event of your accidental death.
